Bruce Halper

Bruce played drums for local blues legend Rainer Patek and performed on the 2012 tribute CD The Inner Flame which contained performances by Jimmy Page and Robert Plant, Emmylou Harris, Lucinda Williams and many more performing Rainer’s songs.

Bruce is also a gifted blues and jazz singer and in 2013 performed the Little Walter tune Too Late Brother on the Kings of Pleasure CD release KXCI radio presents the Blues Singles local music compilation. Currently Bruce performs with Mike Hebert’s Prison Band blues duo, as well as many other local blues, jazz and Americana artists such as Naim Amour, Joe Pena and Band of Angels, Matt Mitchell, Crystal Radio and many more.
